      The Digital Media Marketing for Luxury looks after both Net A Porter and Mr. Porter brands. It is a team of experts covering Social Media Marketing and Display Media Marketing channels. Aligned with business objectives across both brand and performance marketing the objective is to deliver first class approach to a full funnel strategy for the business. Challenged with delivering revenue for the business whilst also ensuring engagement and consideration KPI’s are met.

      Our Digital Marketing Division are now seeking a talented Digital Performance Executive to join the team. The role will report into the Digital Performance Manager, supporting the business by owning the execution of the day-to-day operations for your Paid Search accounts. You will work across various global search engines, supporting multiple markets. Key assignments will include campaign creation, bid strategy optimisations, a lot of testing as well as copy and promotional planning.

        Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

        • Activate and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets and engines
        • Manage significant budgets and ensure efficient spend against performance goals
        • Support always-on and promotional activity, including copywriting and ad planning
        • Conduct keyword expansion, SQR analysis, and negative keyword refinement
        • Work closely with the Experimentation team to design and implement A/B tests (ad copy, bidding strategies, audiences, etc.)
        • Maintain and improve feed integrations, including GMC setup, ad customisers and feed-based creatives
        • Collaborate with other digital performance and brand team members to share learnings and minimise duplication
        • Leverage automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency
        • Monitor and analyse performance data, delivering actionable insights through regular reporting
        • Document workflows and maintain accurate records of campaign processes and best practices

        The type of person we are looking for:

        • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Paid Search, with hands-on account management and optimisation across platforms
        • Proven knowledge of Google Ads, Editor, and GMC; product feed experience is a plus
        • Strong understanding of campaign structure, ad formats, targeting settings, and optimisation techniques
        • Familiarity with attribution and bidding tools, and the ability to act on performance insights
        • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Excel and data interpretation skills
        • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach
        • Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
        • Agile and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
        • Creative problem-solver who looks for scalable solutions and automation opportunities
