What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation within the performance marketing space
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Focus on inclusive recruiting practices by building a diverse candidate pipeline from various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish job requirements
- Consistently meet or surpass key activity and performance metrics, such as Time to Fill
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience
- Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, and related fields
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, the UK, and US markets
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions, from entry-level to senior roles
- Ability to create unrivaled sourcing plans using advanced search techniques and networking strategies
- Self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to achieve personal and team objectives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
