What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with selling dealers to increase transactions
- Update and account for daily dealer visits using SalesForce
- Coordinate enrollment, vehicle listings, and sales follow-up with digital sellers
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns both at the auction and in the field

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma; some college preferred
- Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in the wholesale automotive field
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
- Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and disciplined
- Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
