      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales and adoption of digital solutions and robotics technologies in the assigned region
      - Conduct lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos, and advocacy efforts
      - Collaborate with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to grow area pipeline and monitor utilization
      - Provide education and support for site installations and surgical teams
      - Analyze data and influence stakeholders to ensure successful customer experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of spinal implant sales or equivalent orthopedic capital robotics experience
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical or surgical environments
      - Strong understanding of clinical selling pathways and human anatomy
      - Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and work in clinical environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five or more years of healthcare sales or clinical experience in medical devices
      - Experience in spinal pathologies and related products
      - Strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
      - Familiarity with minimally invasive spine surgery and enabling technologies
