What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive adoption of digital tools by training customers and employees on their use
- Host events to engage users with digital tools, including grand openings and tradeshows
- Gather and categorize feedback from customers and employees to guide product enhancements
- Respond to inquiries regarding digital tools and assist with customer service channels
- Oversee and assist in tracking conversion and sales metrics within the assigned region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A sales mindset focused on promoting the benefits of digital tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
- Strong listening, communication, and client presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to events and locations (up to 50% travel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the pool industry
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Experience working with varying levels of technical expertise
