      Organizational: This position is a member of the Business Transformation team and reports to a Digital Servicing & Live Chat Front Line Manager.

      Shift: 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Remote)

      Duties & Responsibilities

      Duties & Responsibilities:

      • Respond to customer questions via live chat in both a timely and accurate manner.
      • Process digital requests via numerous difference channels from both customers and merchants.
      • Work with internal clients to facilitate basic account maintenance functions.
      • Learn and adhere to established policies, procedures, and legal requirements, communicating sensitive issues to senior personnel and management.
      • Assist and be active in the team channel to facilitate team growth and quickly answer other agents’ concerns.

      Required Skills/Qualifications

      Required Skills and Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 6 months tenure with GreenSky.
      • HS diploma/GED.
      • Live Chat Experience preferred.
      • Advanced writing skills and keyboard accuracy.
      • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
      • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
      • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
      • Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
      • Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot.
      • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
      • Team player.
