      Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

      Duties: Execute and drive mid-size feature application design and development efforts to completion, serve as a development lead on medium-scale projects, and support the execution of larger efforts. Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance, and design challenges. Research root-cause of development and performance concerns as well as the resolution of defects. Understand the technical requirements for the solutions being built. Understand engineering needs, including those required to build, maintain, and operate the system through all phases of its life. Conduct information modeling and analyze data structures and algorithms. Understand maintenance characteristics, runtime properties and dependencies that exist in support of hardware, platform, operating system, performance, and load requirements, as well as contingencies with upstream and downstream systems. Assist with the development of standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Participate in design discussions as a Development Lead and play a key role in driving design decisions. Partner with industry vendors that support Digital architecture and work with vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps. Participate in full development life cycle, identify dependencies between Agile and Waterfall delivery, including test plan execution and software quality needs. Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels. Review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility. Continuously assess development processes, test plans, and operations. Work with teams to improve concurrent project delivery. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

      Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as a Web Developer - User Interface, or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Building web applications using Angular, AngularSSR, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, Git, and Grunt to create application demonstrations, ensure quality of project delivery, and perform design/code reviews and quality metrics review; Building user interface (UI) of web applications using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, and JavaScript; Adapting Software Development Methodologies and project execution using Waterfall and Agile to perform Release/Sprint Planning/Grooming and additional sprint ceremonies and sprint metrics; Building web applications-Style Sheets including LESS, SASS, and Data Transfer protocols including XML and JSON; Performing server-side development using JAVA/J2EE, SpringBoot, Struts, and REST API; and Deploying applications on Cloud platforms including PCF, reviewing solutions/designs with the Architects/Engineering stakeholders, and performing application demonstrations to business stakeholders. 40 hrs./wk.
