What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the Technical Analyst for core Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS) platforms and integrate specialized data/metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders
- Optimize business processes by identifying challenges and proposing solutions
- Develop workflows and support the configuration of enterprise solutions based on project-specific requirements
- Analyze EHS&S data using Business Intelligence tools to evaluate workplace hazards and emerging risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software support, programming, or an EHS/EMIS role with a focus on data analysis and system management
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in programming languages such as HTML, .NET, C#, Java, SQL, and Python
- Strong technical writing skills for creating user manuals and standard operating procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EHS&S software platforms such as Cority, Enablon, or Intelex
- Familiarity with ESG Frameworks and sustainability reporting standards
- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or Arabic
