What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Technical Analyst for core Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS) platforms and integrate specialized data/metrics
- Engage with cross-functional teams to document requirements from business stakeholders on systems and data needs
- Develop workflows and support configuration of enterprise solutions based on project-specific requirements
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze EHS&S data and develop dashboards and reports
- Support solution design, system configuration, data migration, and quality assurance for software implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software support, programming, EHS, or EMIS role
- Experience in data analysis with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Prior experience as an administrator of software or technical understanding of software administration and databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in EHS&S software (e.g., Cority, Enablon, Intelex)
- Familiarity with ESG Frameworks and Sustainability reporting standards
- Experience managing cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or SSO protocols
- Technical writing skills to translate complex processes into user manuals or SOPs
