- Takes lead in providing strategic online counsel to internal clients representing a mix of “luminary” and other programs.
- Partner with Account Managers to develop and communicate digital strategy, ultimately leading to high quality outcomes for clients.
- Proactively identify content and functionality needs of assigned clients that support business objectives; collaborate with team to meet needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and repurpose written, audio and video content for use on CHOP.edu, related microsites, social media, e-newsletters and other digital channels; write and edit content as needed.
- Manage relationships with outside online vendors as they pertain to specific client focus areas, including online advertising partners (often in partnership with Account Manager).
- Establish online metrics for all programs from conception; report on metrics to stakeholders; adjust initiatives accordingly based on data. Leveraging web analytics and CRM software, typical metrics include tracking of site actions (inquiries, appointment requests, etc.), campaign and source activity, SEO, online advertising and overall traffic.
- Educate clients on digital best practices.
- Report out on project updates and metrics at outreach and other client meetings on a consistent basis; participate in outreach discussions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR colleagues to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for an identified list of programs.
- Collaborate with web designers and other team members to implement new sections of CHOP.edu, microsites, e-newsletters and other online projects as needed.
- Ensure that business requirements for new requests are properly documented and communicated for assigned clients.
- Ensure all information is presented in a consistent, user-friendly manner that complies with CHOP brand and website standards.
- Assist with testing and implementation of new website functionality and features as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience Required
- Agency experience Preferred
- Proficiency in digital strategy, including SEO, content development, social media, and mobile
- Strong customer-service orientation and attention to deadlines
- Excellent writing and editing skills, including working knowledge of writing for SEO
- Demonstrated understanding of web usability and online marketing principles
- Working knowledge of web technologies and content management systems
- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and deep list of clients

A Brief OverviewThis position is hybrid.
Develops and executes digital strategy with focus on content development, SEO, online advertising (SEM, programmatic, paid social and mobile to support strategic marketing plans. Uses data to inform recommendations and measure outcomes. Partners closely with Marketing, Public Relations and Web colleagues, as well as clients, to meet goals. Reports to Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
