What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with local support teams to design IT solution integration with customer infrastructure
- Ensure systems are configured for remote diagnostics and health monitoring
- Engage with development teams to enhance manuals, training, and customer-facing materials
- Conduct automated deployments using configuration management technology
- Troubleshoot and analyze system or software issues affecting performance and reliability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application management and support
- Hands-on experience with network technologies, including firewalls, routing/switching, and VLANs
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare/KVM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with monitoring tools, Linux, automation and scripting, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving technical environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
