      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, ensuring effective issue resolution
      - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational efficiency
      - Collaborate with users to understand challenges and recommend improvements
      - Monitor system performance and maintain clean, reliable data for business systems
      - Document solutions and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of relevant IT or application support experience
      - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
      - Familiarity with business systems, data analysis, and ticketing tools
      - Interest in AI support systems and prompt engineering
      - A proactive mindset and desire to improve processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AI training and system enhancement projects
      - Knowledge of additional ticketing tools or data analysis methodologies
      - Previous experience in a hybrid work environment
      - Skills in process improvement and project management
      - Familiarity with collaboration tools used in IT support settings
