      Req#: 7564

We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience, and skills in our business. That means the role requirements here should be seen as a guide, not a checklist. If you have more, less, or different experiences, but really relevant skills, we’d love to hear from you.

We work flexibly and will help you to find a healthy balance of remote working and time in our fantastic Southampton office, collaborating, taking part in events, and getting to know people that makes working with us so rewarding. We welcome the opportunity to discuss reduced hours and job share arrangements.

      The Role

Cunard’s Digital team are looking to welcome a new Digital Web Content Executive to play an integral role in the team’s delivery of digital presence across the entire Cunard customer journey.

Reporting directly to the Global Digital Content Manager, the Digital Web Content Executive takes ownership and delivers against a prioritised content work-stream, ensuring all aspects of SEO, QA and customer-centric brand content are balanced to best represent Cunard and the Cunard products on the websites.

      You will:

      • Support and source content requirements for merchandising campaigns and Product launches, ensuring content is driven with commercial purpose. Communicating where needed content requirements with in-house Studio and/or external copywriters to deliver excellent results for both search engine robots and our guests
      • Use Adobe Experience Manager to create new pages and manage existing content changes, supporting global markets as required, helping to deliver a programme of content that brings cruising to life online, hand-holding new guests to book their first cruise, while keeping returning guests engaged in the brand
      • Work with Global Manager to highlight front-end and back-end changes to help support content work-stream, SEO, and user experience. Supporting SEO requirements around new and existing content around individual markets where required
      • Work with the Development team to support the development road map of new functionality and improvements to user experience, spending time testing new functionality when required

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office.

      About You

Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need:

      • Experience working with a CMS to create web pages
      • A customer-balanced approach to web content curation and creation, centred around commercial purpose
      • Ability to work on multiple projects and adaptive to prioritization changes
      • Confidence with copy writing and proof reading
