What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on the design and implementation of digital workflows throughout the organization
- Collaborate closely with Operational Leadership, IT Team, Revenue Cycle, and Developers to develop and implement digital workflows
- Provide support to end-users for digital workflow issues and troubleshoot problems within the workflow
- Train colleagues, operations teams, new hires, and IT departments as needed to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Perform thorough system testing to ensure precision and integrity of results, adhering to quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
- Strong experience in JAVA Script and SQL
- Basic SSRS experience
- IS Professional with RIS experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present complex technical topics

- Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a structured work approach
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
