What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on the design and implementation of digital workflows
- Collaborate with various teams, including Operational Leadership, IT, and Revenue Cycle, to develop and implement digital solutions
- Provide support to end-users for digital workflow issues, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality and performance of digital workflow systems
- Provide training to colleagues and new hires, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
- Strong experience in JavaScript and SQL
- Basic experience with SSRS
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an IS Professional with RIS experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully drive projects to completion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in all situations
