  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and implement digital workflows across the organization
  - Collaborate with Operational Leadership, IT Team, Revenue Cycle, and Developers for workflow development
  - Coordinate testing and deployment of advanced digital workflows with Operations Teams
  - Provide support to end-users for digital workflow issues, troubleshooting and enhancing user experience
  - Train colleagues and new hires on digital workflow processes and tools
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Basic SSRS experience
  - Strong JavaScript and SQL experience
  - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
  - IS Professional with RIS experience
  - Excellent communication skills for educating others on complex technical topics
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion
  - Strong organizational and time management skills
  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  - Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
