      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Focus on design and implementation of digital workflows throughout the organization
      - Collaborate with operational leadership, IT teams, revenue cycle, and developers to develop and implement digital workflows
      - Provide support to end-users for digital workflow issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to enhance the user experience
      - Work closely with quality assurance teams to establish and execute comprehensive testing protocols for digital workflows
      - Provide training to colleagues, operations teams, new hires, and IT departments to ensure effective knowledge transfer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
      - Strong experience with JavaScript and SQL
      - Basic experience with SSRS
      - Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively, both verbally and in writing
      - Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
      - Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion independently
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Professional communication and interpersonal skills, specifically in patient interactions
