  Health Services Dining Server- Lead

  Location: Twin Towers | 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224
  Schedule: Full-Time, Days | 40 hours a week I 7am-3pm or 11am -7pm

  You, our Ideal Candidate
  You are a service-oriented and experienced dining professional with a passion for leading and mentoring others. You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.

  Responsibilities

  • Operate as a model Dining Server and provide real-time coaching to team members

  • Train and onboard newly hired Dining Servers in alignment with LEC standards

  • Serve meals to residents in dining areas and rooms in a timely , friendly manner

  • Ensure compliance with special diet regulations

  • Perform and oversee cleaning duties and prep for next meal service

  • Wash dishes and maintain sanitation standards, ensuring utensils and equipment are ready

  • Record and monitor food and dish machine temperatures; report irregularities

  Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
