      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and direct sales channels in all approved markets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
      - Develop and implement training and orientation for sales staff, ensuring compliance and skill enhancement
      - Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective sales strategies and best practices
      - Provide feedback on compliance issues and facilitate responses to allegations from the broker channel
      - Analyze sales performance through reports and scorecards to evaluate success and areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
      - 5 - 10 years of experience in Medicare or Medicaid managed healthcare sales, with prior management experience
      - Knowledge of Federal and State regulations in a managed care environment
      - Active State Life and Health and/or Disability License without infraction
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support sales teams

      - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management
      - Experience managing large teams of salespeople across multiple locations
