What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect residential customers by promoting the employer's internet services through door-to-door interactions
- Build a lead pipeline and conduct in-person, phone, and/or email follow-ups
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with relevant customer information and conversion status
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Communicate the employer's value proposition and demonstrate knowledge of their network and technical deployment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods, including frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation during the workday
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Experience in the ISP or telecom industry
- Proficiency in SalesForce or other industry-leading lead management software
- Proven track record of strong work ethic and solid communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
