What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality nurse travel candidates and allied healthcare professionals to HCA and Non-HCA facilities
- Communicate with Hospital Account Managers and travelers regarding availability and assignment changes
- Maintain accurate traveler information and ensure compliance prior to placement
- Develop a pipeline of potential travel candidates and actively recruit referrals
- Conduct weekly quality control calls to maintain traveler satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of travel recruiting experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word
