      Washington Place Prader, a program of LSSI, has full-timeu00A0Direct Service Person positions available! The DSP position assists adult with intellectual developmental disabilities in their own apartment with activities of daily living (ADL) such as meal prep, shopping, laundry along with leisure activities. No experience needed. CNAs and Home Care professionals enjoy picking up FT shifts thanks to our low client to staff ratios! We provide paid training and opportunities for advancement.u00A0 u00A0

      • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) u00A0
      • Accompany clients in the community for errands, leisure and other appointments. u00A0
      • Assist with various housekeeping tasks. u00A0
      • Assisting clients in reaching their individual hopes and dreams. u00A0
      • Cooking with easy to follow recipes. u00A0
      Position Qualifications: u00A0
      • High school diploma or GED. u00A0
      • Completion of in-house training. u00A0
      • Valid Illinois driveru2019s license and proof of automobile liability insurance preferred. u00A0
