What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide person-centered support for daily living, community participation, and skill-building activities
- Assist with medication administration, behavior support plans, and health/safety monitoring as trained
- Transport and accompany individuals to community activities, appointments, and employment as needed
- Document progress, complete charts, and submit incident reports accurately and on time
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and supervisors to implement individualized plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to pass background checks as applicable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Basic computer skills
