What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the D2C Senior Manager in managing the D2C Sales Team and optimizing workflow processes
- Conduct coaching sessions based on call reviews to enhance sales tactics and team performance
- Ensure compliance with life insurance licensing and appointment criteria across all states
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to improve lead management and sales processes
- Monitor individual performance metrics and provide feedback to enhance productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of college preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- At least 3 years in a sales team or call center role
- Experience with life, property and casualty, or health insurance preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of life insurance products
- Completion of LOMA courses 281, 291, and ALMI
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
