What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and supervise a team of accountants responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
- Oversee accounts receivable team for generating invoices, applying payments, and managing collections
- Manage accounts payable process, including invoice verification and timely payments to vendors
- Continuously assess and improve efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA certification
- 7+ years of experience in accounting and managing a team
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Mastery of Excel and financial systems

- Experience with Costpoint and Concur
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
