      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing New Business Sales team across North America & EMEA
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at agencies to drive business growth
      - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the employer's presence within targeted agencies
      - Conduct regular business analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes
      - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies and support customer growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience leading a sales team
      - Proven experience selling programmatic advertising
      - Strong existing relationships with agency partners
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a startup mentality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in growing new business acquisition through consultative sales processes
      - Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
      - Experience with data analytics tools like SFDC, Tableau, and Excel/Sheets
