      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing New Business Sales team across North America & EMEA
      - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies
      - Drive revenue and productivity through tactical sales plans, ensuring targets are met
      - Conduct business analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes
      - Collaborate with marketing and product teams on Go-To-Market strategies and lead generation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience leading a sales team
      - Experience selling programmatic advertising
      - Strong existing relationships with agency partners to drive business growth
      - Proven track record in growing new business acquisition through strategic sales processes
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
