      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create innovative and thought-provoking insights in talent management technology
      - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and provide actionable advice to clients
      - Develop and deliver high-value presentation materials for various industry events and client briefings
      - Mentor and coach junior team members while collaborating effectively with peers
      - Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings to address their challenges and provide solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology
      - Strong knowledge of talent and leadership identification, employee listening, and performance management
      - Proven experience advising and collaborating with CHROs and their peers
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities
