What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create high-quality, actionable research content focused on talent management technology
- Develop new research and ideas through thought leadership tailored to CHRO needs
- Provide timely peer review for research content authored by team members
- Engage clients and prospects with actionable advice through various interactions
- Attend industry conferences to represent the employer and share insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of relevant experience in talent management technology and AI implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage effectively with C-level executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience advising and working with CHROs and their peers
- Proven track record of developing and implementing talent management strategies
- Comfort presenting at various speaking engagements on talent management technology
- Strong business and financial acumen
