What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Research Managers, Consultants, and Analysts, typically 3-5 members
- Oversee a portfolio of B2B and B2C projects, ensuring collaborative and creative approaches
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop compelling project proposals
- Guide team members in developing technical and consultative skills for their growth
- Act as a cultural standard-bearer, ensuring a supportive and empowering team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of quantitative experience in a research firm, consulting agency, or similar environment
- Proven experience with B2B, B2C, and technology sector primary research projects
- Strong people management skills with a track record of developing and engaging teams
- Proficiency in statistical packages such as SPSS, SAS, or Q; experience in R and Python is a plus
- Excellent communication, narrative-building, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in early-stage market opportunity assessment and customer segmentation
- Familiarity with pricing, packaging, and product portfolio optimization methods
- Knowledge of media buying and how research can optimize media strategies
- Experience in developing value propositions and conducting brand or media tracking research
