What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the Banking Sales Pipeline, driving the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to deal closing
- Develop and expand high-value partnerships with Tier 1, regional, and community banks
- Create and present compelling commercial proposals and payment flow structures aligned with banks' operational frameworks
- Develop and refine sales collateral, pitch decks, and product positioning to communicate the unique value proposition
- Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational soundness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years in enterprise sales or partnership roles focused on financial institutions, preferably in payments or fintech
- Strong existing relationships across U.S. banks (Tier 1, regional, and community)
- Solid understanding of banking operations, including core banking systems and payment rails
- Proven success in designing sales strategies and structuring complex deals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience in cross-border payments, correspondent banking, or stablecoin-based payment infrastructure
