      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee manufacturer program operations and maintain client relationships
      - Supervise and coordinate daily workflow with program directors, managers, and care managers
      - Examine metrics and reporting daily for all program activities
      - Facilitate communication and collaboration for program changes and updates across departments
      - Present on-demand data to the Executive Team as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 5-10 years of prior relevant work experience within a Healthcare Call Center
      - Strong understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy industry and its integration with manufacturers and payors
      - Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to train and present to clients
      - Ability to manage and track data for complex sales processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Managerial skills with a strong focus on team building
      - Experience in change management and process analysis
      - Project management experience in complex, multi-discipline projects
      - Knowledge of databases and report creation processes
