      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of Client Success Managers and Associates within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector
      - Develop and implement client retention, growth, and operational strategies specific to PBM services
      - Create process playbooks and tools to ensure consistency and scalability in client service execution
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal resources and improve service quality
      - Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of CS team members focused on PBM services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of relevant experience in client management, consulting, or operations
      - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the healthcare, PBM, or benefits industry
      - Bachelor's Degree required; PharmD preferred
      - Proven experience in leading and developing teams within complex PBM products
      - Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to convey technical PBM information clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing strategic PBM account relationships over an extended period
      - Advanced skills in MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce (or other CRM)
      - Strong presentation skills in both in-person and virtual settings
      - Experience in navigating complex PBM problems with a creative mindset
      - Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
