      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and oversee clinical outcomes research strategy, including various types of outcomes studies
      - Develop a prioritization framework for outcomes that balances business returns with cost and time to market
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct externally validated outcomes research
      - Author and publish high-impact scientific papers and represent the employer at conferences
      - Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team while ensuring scientific rigor in all deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD, DrPH, ScD, MD, or equivalent in Epidemiology, Outcomes Research, Public Health, or related field
      - 8+ years of experience in health outcomes generation or real-world evidence research, ideally in digital health or biotech
      - Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals and leading interdisciplinary research teams
      - Strong understanding of study design, statistics, and the regulatory landscape for digital health
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey scientific insights effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in digital health, medical devices, or biotech
      - Proven ability to foster collaborations with academic institutions and healthcare providers
      - Familiarity with innovative approaches to outcomes measurement and analysis of existing data sets
