What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies for managing collections for Target’s Circle Credit Card and Co-Branded Mastercard products
- Lead a team of quantitative data analysts to execute business goals and strategies
- Conduct data analysis, predictive analytics, and model development to track portfolio performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to mitigate portfolio risk and enhance recoveries
- Communicate strategies and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and senior leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant financial services experience in credit risk collections
- Strong knowledge of predictive analytics and statistical techniques in consumer lending
- Proven project management and communication skills
- Experience in leading teams and building relationships with internal and external partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
