What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set and execute the long-term Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Own architecture, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce clouds
- Drive adoption through change management and governance
- Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Significant experience using Salesforce, particularly in a leadership role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin/App Builder preferred)
- Proven success in enterprise-scale implementations
- Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing CRM systems within a global organization
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and billing systems
- Background in change management and governance processes
