      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the SBO Collections, SBO Customer Service, and CUMG Customer Service/Collections
      - Supervise staff including hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations
      - Streamline collections and customer service processes while adhering to legal guidelines
      - Train staff on Epic upgrades and changes in processes
      - Handle patient complaints and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital patient accounting, collections, or customer service
      - Minimum of five (5) years of management/supervisory experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to motivate staff and address personnel issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare-related collections and customer service processes
      - Familiarity with Epic systems and upgrades
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement efficient workflows
      - Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and legal requirements in healthcare billing
      - Previous experience in vendor selection processes
