What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a people manager for small-midsize provider relationship managers
- Resolve challenges and drive partnership opportunities with providers
- Develop remediation plans for provider performance and drive renewal contract execution
- Oversee education and deployment of technology tools supporting practice transformation
- Use data to identify cost drivers and develop optimal strategies for customer performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in clinical transformation or relevant provider-facing field
- Experience in interpreting and utilizing clinical data analytics
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings
- Enterprise level provider management experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience at an ACO or tech enablement company
- Track record scaling a team or service capability
- Passion for improving relationships and impacting patient outcomes
- Demonstrated success in aligning internal capabilities with provider priorities
- Experience preparing and presenting information to clinical and executive level leadership
