      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the annual and quarterly goal-setting process for Customer Success, including target methodology and goal allocation
      - Build and manage a high-rigor renewals forecasting operating rhythm, improving predictability and driving proactive interventions
      - Deliver performance insights related to churn, retention, and expansion to inform strategic execution
      - Define and maintain customer segmentation and coverage models that align with business goals
      - Lead a team of 5, building an enablement structure that scales with business growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate complex concepts
      - Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success processes
      - Proven leadership experience in driving cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders
