      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive post-sales engagement with customers for Technical Support
      - Develop customer support SOPs and Runbooks for issue remediation
      - Build and lead a team of talented support engineers
      - Balance sales acumen with deep technical skills in Data Privacy and Security, Cloud Platforms, and more
      - Develop support dashboards and operational metrics for customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of technical support management experience
      - Proficiency in Support systems like Zendesk
      - Strong leadership and communication skills
      - Deep technical understanding of Data Privacy and Security, Cloud Platforms, and more
      - Up to 20% travel required (domestic and international)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a Data Privacy and Security company
      - Familiarity with Cloud Security technologies
