What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align data and research initiatives with company-wide objectives
- Coordinate planning for data-related activities across the organization and alert downstream teams of high-priority tasks
- Ensure consistent and accurate reporting on data and research work products, including KPI monitoring and tracking
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between Research & Content, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams
- Document plans, resource allocation, and SLAs for sharing with partner teams and clients as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of experience in operations or roles involving organizing, coordinating, and leading projects
- Proven experience achieving consensus with diverse stakeholders at senior levels
- Track record of implementing operational improvements that delivered measurable results
- Experience with complex organizations or systems, particularly in military, governmental, healthcare administration, development, or consulting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare technology or biotech environment
- Familiarity with data management and operational strategies in a research context
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Background in project management methodologies
- Ability to navigate and influence across different levels of an organization
