      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and execute the digital strategy for Customer Success, integrating technology and automation
      - Map, design, and refine end-to-end digital customer journeys across various segments
      - Collaborate with the Customer Community & Education team to drive peer-to-peer connections and best-practice sharing
      - Develop strategies for digital customer engagement platforms to enhance operational efficiency
      - Design and optimize customer success workflows and automation playbooks to improve customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in customer success, leading relevant teams in a SaaS product company
      - Proven experience driving digital transformation and operational maturity in post-sales functions
      - Strong knowledge of digital engagement strategies that drive adoption and retention
      - Bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing, or a related field
      - Working knowledge of digital engagement and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with email campaigns, in-app experiences, webinars/events, and certifications
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies clearly
