      Director, Digital Marketing – Growth & Performance

      Annual Compensation Range: $125,000 – $135,000, Full-time, Benefit Eligible
      Location: Hybrid (Greenville, SC) or Remote
      Travel: May require up to 20% travel (corporate HQ quarterly, sales/recruiting strategy sessions, agency/vendor visits, etc.)

      The Opportunity

      Ob Hospitalist Group is seeking a Director, Digital Marketing, Growth & Performance to lead the next phase of growth across two brands: Ob Hospitalist Group and its newly launched service line, Obtelecare.

      This role owns the digital ecosystem, demand generation strategy, and clinician recruiting marketing efforts that support a growing B2B healthcare organization. The Director will be accountable for driving measurable growth across hospital decision-maker audiences and clinician recruiting pipelines, while building scalable digital infrastructure and modern performance marketing capabilities.

      This is a highly visible leadership role within a growing organization with meaningful future growth potential. The ideal candidate brings a strong growth mindset, is comfortable building and optimizing in a dynamic environment, and balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

The Director will play a critical role in shaping how Ob Hospitalist Group and Obtelecare digitally grows, competes, and scales—while making a meaningful impact on maternal healthcare delivery nationwide.

      What You’ll Do

      Digital Strategy & Platform Ownership

      • Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for Ob Hospitalist Group and Obtelecare, including website experience, SEO, paid media, and analytics.
      • Lead the OBHG website rebuild and ongoing optimization to support conversion, storytelling, and scalable growth.
      • Establish digital foundations that support future service line expansion and evolving business needs.
      • Analyze Google Analytics and website performance reports, translating traffic trends and user behavior into actionable insights that guide content and campaign decisions across the marketing team.
      • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure digital platforms align with enterprise priorities.

      Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

      • Own demand generation strategy in collaboration with marketing leadership, targeting B2B hospital decision-makers across segments and program models.
      • Drive pipeline growth through integrated digital campaigns, content amplification and paid media.
      • Partner closely with Business Development and Sales leaders to align audience targeting and performance goals.
      • Support account-based and segmented growth strategies aligned to complex healthcare buying cycles.
      • Lead a culture of testing, learning, and optimization across channels, messaging, and conversion paths.

      Recruiting & Clinician Marketing

      • Own clinician recruiting marketing strategy, supporting workforce growth through targeted digital campaigns and content.
      • Partner closely with Recruiting to analyze performance trends from marketing campaigns, webinars, and digital programs, translating engagement and conversion data into insights that connect marketing efforts to clinician pipeline growth and hires.
      • Lead clinician ambassador and influencer initiatives to amplify authentic clinician voices.
      • Partner with Recruiting and Clinical leadership to align marketing strategies with hiring priorities and clinician engagement goals.

      Advertising & Agency Management

      • Lead the onboarding, management, and performance of a new advertising agency partner.
      • Oversee paid social media strategy across both brands.
      • Ensure agency partners are aligned to growth objectives, performance metrics, and brand standards.
      • Optimize media investment to maximize ROI and measurable business outcomes.

      Social Media & Digital Amplification

      • Oversee organic and paid social media strategy across both brands.
      • Guide amplification of clinician stories, thought leadership, and campaign content across digital channels.

      Marketing Operations, Analytics & Performance

      • Own marketing performance measurement, reporting, and optimization across digital, demand, and recruiting efforts.
      • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and insights that inform prioritization and continuous improvement.

      Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Serve as a senior leader within the Marketing organization, leading a team, and contributing to overall strategy and planning.
      • Collaborate closely with the Director of Brand, Content & Communications to deliver integrated, cohesive campaigns across both brands.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

      • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, including leadership responsibility

      • Proven success driving measurable growth through digital and performance marketing strategies

      • Experience marketing to B2B audiences with complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making

      • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, UX, conversion optimization, and website performance

      • Demonstrated experience leading website rebuilds or major UX optimization initiatives

      • Experience managing external agencies and paid media across LinkedIn, search, display, and programmatic channels

      • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, evolving organization

      Would be Nice to Have

      • Experience marketing to healthcare, hospital, or clinical audiences

      • Experience supporting clinician recruiting or workforce marketing

      • Background in high-growth or transformational environments

      • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

      • Familiarity with marketing workflow/project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)

      • Experience supporting multiple brands or service lines

      • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or segmented B2B growth strategies
