      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the USCCA's mission
      - Lead the creation and evolution of the USCCA's training catalog, including curriculum, training videos, and eLearning modules
      - Promote the USCCA’s educational mission through public representation and content creation
      - Oversee the department’s annual operating budget and analyze return on investment (ROI) for educational initiatives
      - Manage and mentor a diverse team of curriculum developers, project managers, and instructors to foster a high-performance culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement); Master’s or Doctorate in education, training and development, or a related field preferred
      - 10+ years experience in adult education, training program management, or curriculum development specific to firearms handling and safety
      - Deep understanding of andragogical principles and instructional design
      - Proven leadership experience in high-performing teams across firearms/self-defense instruction and content creation
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in/experience with self-defense principles, firearms safety, and legal use of force
      - Demonstrable expertise in curriculum strategy tailored for diverse learning environments, including eLearning and instructor-led training
      - Strong capabilities to operate within budget constraints while demonstrating ROI for educational initiatives
