What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales efforts for FleetNet and Fleet Services, targeting enterprise fleet clients with class 4 to 8 vehicles
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 6 accounts with an expected annual revenue responsibility of around $103 million
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior contacts within assigned market fleet segments
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive penetration and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during new account launches and project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of progressive experience in account management sales
- Ability to travel regularly (50-70% of the time) for client meetings
- Valid driver's license required
- Demonstrated experience in up-selling products and services to medium, large, and enterprise-level accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience selling to C-suite executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Class 4-8 Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Leasing, automotive, or mobility solutions
- Knowledge of automotive mobility and vehicle fleet operations
- Experience meeting and exceeding account retention and sales growth objectives
- Strong time management, organization, and task prioritization skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management systems
