      Job Description

      Your Responsibilities:

      The General Manager of Sprecher and Shuh will lead strategy and execution end to end that delivers solutions to our customers, prospects, and partners, bringing measurable value. You will bring your leadership and expertise in developing sales and marketing strategies that will continue to grow market share for our wide-ranging portfolios offered across this motor control and protection business.

      Reporting to the business Vice President, you will manage all aspects of the business including P&L management. You will enable your team to drive sales growth with a focus on strategic planning, go to market strategies and portfolio demand generation to achieve sales targets, while addressing opportunities to maximize business performance.

      Insights & Strategy:

      • Gather, understand, and integrate deep market and competitive position, target market needs, customer insights and technology trends in support of company strategies, and marketing programs
      • Be responsible for executing industry strategies and programs
      • Develop and execute business strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives
      • Collaborate and partner with businesses and functions by contributing and representing the needs of the business
      • You will lead the plan, driving goals and team results to all stakeholders to ensure business success

      Program Execution:

      • Plan and implement campaigns and programs for existing and new product offering introductions to accelerate sales and achieve growth targets
      • Delegate and manage in a coordinated fashion across multiple enablement functions Demonstrate experience in implementing a variety of sales and marketing strategies
      • Operational efficiencies to drive business profitability
      • Oversee daily business activities
      • Translate the business and commercial sales goals to drive the vision to marketing plan with metrics (marketing qualified leads, conversions, sales qualified leads with an eye on tracking results etc.)
      • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs with the goal of providing visibility & insights to strengthen strategies that drive both top and bottom-line growth
      • Leadership, build and manage a team to support the organization, set targets and budgets, monitor execution and course-correct when needed, and manage risk and rewards.
      • Motivate & empower team for their best work and develop them to grow their responsibilities and career
      • Attract and recruit hi-caliber talent where necessary to bring in needed new expertise &/or to upgrade performance

      The Essentials - You Will Have:

      • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
      • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
      • The ability to travel 25% of the time including international travel.

      The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

      • Master of Business Administration
      • 12 years of management experience
      • 10+ years of B2B industrial sales
      • Experience developing and executing Sales and Marketing plans
      • Experience developing deep insights and winning strategies and creating integrated marketing programs and campaigns. Including experience
      • Experience with Profit and Loss management
      • You will Manage, coach, and motivate onsite and remote teams
