      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement innovative hospitality strategies for event programs
      - Collaborate with teams to create valuable experiences and drive revenue
      - Lead brainstorming sessions and author key event deliverables
      - Ensure operational requirements of events are met and on schedule
      - Provide leadership and team management through planning and execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate and/or graduate studies in hospitality or relevant field
      - 8+ years of hospitality event management experience
      - Strong vendor relationships and negotiation skills
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency

      - Familiarity with event production, design, and trends
