      Job Description Summary:

      Studio X is the execution arm of Open X, the bespoke agency network set up by WPP for The Coca-Cola Company. It is a multi-disciplinary integrated capabilities infrastructure – that is a one stop shop for all our marketing execution. StudioX will allow speed/responsiveness and maintain OU operational leadership, as well as help standardize processes and ways of working, so we can focus on outcomes and iterate faster – underpinned by a common data and tech infrastructure.

      KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

      Focus, Scope, & Impact:

      • Liaise with designated Studio X LEAD and the implementation of the OU Studio X agenda, while connecting and integrating it to the global Studio X network.
      • Drives the day-to-day Stewardship of Studio X activities, via PROJECT MANAGEMENT comprising integration of multiple capabilities, and ways of working consistent to global guidelines for Studio X, key processes and routines, tools and best practices to deliver the Studio X agenda.
      • Works as a key liaison with WPP within Studio X, including agency engagement and assessment, communication management in line with the global guidelines that will support the future modern marketing organization.
      • This role works with the OU STUDIO X leads in defining the roll out of services and escalate the pain points to both Open X and Studio X global lead.
      • Supports, as part of the global Studio X team, in creating the future agenda for Studio X, in anticipation of the future. experiences and learning culture, leveraging external best practices.
      • Works with all stakeholders to articulate the playbook for Studio X for OUs and the successful roll out of the same.
      • Coordinates the Mkt Platform Services at OU level, partnering with the Mkt Platform Services leader on deliverables (including ensuring SLAs are being achieved and helping identify and solve key pain points and structural issues).

      KeY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

      Experience

      • 8-10 years of senior leadership experience including Marketing, Innovation, Capability Management, Project Management
      • Experience working in cross -functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
      • Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred

      • Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the highest priority and enterprise wide scale bets, in a seamless fashion across platforms, systems, processes, routines etc.
      • Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define the strategic direction for the business.

      Ability to mobilize and champion change management across the region and teams.

      • Ability to develop, curate and deliver integrated strategy & communication, cognizant of key stakeholders.
      • Direct Reports: 5 direct reports (combination of team leaders and individual contributors)

      Communication Focus

      • The role communicates internally across OU Mkt (and eventually including Key Bottlers), the global Marketing community (Global team + 8 OUs), and OU HR and PAC.
      • The role influences and aligns senior leaders across the OU, to adopt, support and implement the elements outlined in the scope of the role. The role also negotiates with senior leaders at OU level to invest in many of the elements outlined in the scope of the role our people, especially where opposing interests relative to local plans exist.
      • The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.
