- Ensure the global alignment of regional Plant Project Launches and Communication internal and external
- Global Program /- Launch Management by alignment customer requirements and building synergies out of it
- Change Management procedure alignment and be close interface to Sales Management
- Supporting on developing accurate ramp up plans and standardizing operators learning curves with Headcount planning
- PAR Status, Plant layout status with timely machinery, new processes and space availability
- Tracking launch costs with prediction and support on decreasing unexpected costs
- Plant capacity vs. JIT and OEM capacity and fluctuations (sticky labor claims, flex rates etc.)
- LPMP Deliverable Requirements alignment, ProFile status and support
- Product-/ Process Development, Feasibility Assessment and readiness
- Plant Launch Status alignment and develop actions in time to reduce unexpected Launch costs
- Assuring Program status and fulfillments on new launches
- Design and Sourcing ECNs status follow up and ensure global alignment on same customers
- Drive Global Customer Communication alignment
- Interface of Global Product Portfolio alignment with Sales and Marketing („The Only“ and „Unique“ thinking)
- Interface with Engineering and Plants to build communized and modular single components – but build unique assembly customer solutions
- Global Key Milestone Tracker
- Product development and readiness
- PLM status follow up, BOM correct and timely release
- Sales Prices timely agreement, Sales Agreements for Plant material orders and timely material availability
- Capex (Equipment Sourcing and Standards to build with global suppliers and not local single solutions)
- Key milestone tracker
- Global Communizing Customer Communication in product portfolio to support Marketing
- Change Management Procedures to support Sales Quotes (common global quote strategy)
- Multiple reporting sources
- Supplier sourcing strategy in alignment with Purchasing and Engineering
- Automatization and communizing single Components and Machines Strategy
- Training-Skill matrix

- Successfully completed Bachelor Degree; a Degree in Business or Engineering is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Due to the international focus of the company, business fluent English skills are required
