Support the Multi year Strategic Outlook process for Visa Direct
Support the annual planning approach for Visa Direct in partnership with Visa Direct Finance
Lead monthly business reporting, including developing and analyzing metrics to inform actionable insights and synthesizing information for executive leadership
Frame and conduct analyses and research on critical business topics including support of Visa Direct strategic initiatives, develop fact-based quantitative analyses to identify priorities and support recommendations
Support data automation and improvement efforts and work with partners to develop data management best practices
Support internal communication needs, including but not limited to Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Review Meetings, Board of Directors updates
Lead strategic and operational projects as needed.

Job Description
The Director will be a member of the Visa Direct Strategy and Operations team. The team plays a key role in shaping Visa Direct’s multi-year strategy, leading strategic initiatives, driving the annual planning process, providing business insights and analytics, and delivering ongoing performance reporting. The team is also responsible for identifying and driving improvements to functional processes, including data capture and reporting.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8
years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/
MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years
of work experience with a PhD
• Prior work experience in management consulting strongly preferred
• Superior analytic and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual
and analytic rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and conduct
financial and data analyses
• Ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple
workstreams across stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
• Demonstrated ability to convey key insights with data, strong storytelling
capability, including building compelling narratives in PowerPoint
• Eagerness to work in teams with personnel of all levels to accomplish project
objectives
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages
to senior level executives
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and collaboration skills. Strong team player
Comfort with ambiguity and constant change

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 147,400.00 to 191,700.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
